Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. That’s why we go further by offering an extended 60-day return period.

Right of Withdrawal and Extended Return Period

In accordance with Norwegian consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At Cushion Day, we go further by offering an extended 60-day return period, giving you extra time to make sure the color and fabric fit perfectly in your home. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (this also applies when exercising the right of withdrawal).

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items must be in new, saleable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been used.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return is securely packed and sent with tracking. Returns must be pre-registered through our return form and follow the instructions provided by Cushion Day.

Value Reduction

If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value. If the item can no longer be resold, the refund may be withheld in full.

How to Register a Return

  • Register your return by logging in with the email address you used when placing your order here
  • You will shortly receive an email with a link. Click the link, fill in the required information, and a QR-code for your return will be sent to your email address
  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and deliver it to your nearest Post i butikk drop-off point and show the QR-code
  • The store will print and attach the return label to your package for you
  • For exchanges, your new item will be shipped once the return has been approved, and a new order confirmation will be sent to you

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days from the moment we receive the item. If an order is cancelled due to delayed delivery, the same return and refund rules apply.

Exchanges

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us at kundeservice@cushionday.no, and we’ll help you make the change before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, please register the return via our digital return form and print the return label received by email. Once the item is returned and approved, we will send you the replacement item. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact for the exchange to be accepted.

Wrong Deliveries & Damaged Goods

If you receive the wrong item or discover shipping damage, please notify us as soon as possible — preferably within 7 days of receiving your order. Keep both the packaging and the item, and send us photos to help us process your case quickly. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. We cover the return shipping cost if the item must be returned due to an error or damage.

Complaints

If you discover a defect or issue with a product, please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@cushionday.no. We reserve the right to forward the claim to the manufacturer or supplier for further evaluation. If you make repairs to the item without prior agreement with us, we cannot cover these costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, the regular return process must be followed (see above).

Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within the stated timeframe at your delivery location will incur costs. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of NOK 150.

Abuse or Fraud

Any attempt at abuse or fraud will be traced and may be reported to the authorities.
