Shipping and Delivery

At Cushion Day, we want to make online shopping simple, safe, and flexible. We partner with Posten/Bring to offer reliable delivery options across Norway. We’re committed to sustainable shipping solutions and use climate-compensated transport whenever possible.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on orders over NOK 799 and a flat low rate of NOK 79 on all other orders.

Delivery options

  • Pakke til hentested: Have your package delivered to your nearest Post i butikk or Pakkeboks and pick it up whenever it suits you. You’ll receive an SMS and email notification when your package is ready for pickup.
  • Pakke i postkassen: For smaller orders we deliver directly to your mailbox provided there is enough space.

Delivery time

We normally ship orders within 1–2 business days. If all items are in stock, we often ship the same day. At checkout, you’ll see a full overview of delivery options and estimated delivery times.

Tracking

You can track your package using the tracking number sent to you by SMS and email. If you haven’t received your tracking number, or would like it sent again, please contact us at kundeservice@cushionday.no.

Uncollected packages

Packages not collected within the stated time frame will incur costs for us. We therefore reserve the right to charge a fee of NOK 150 for uncollected packages. Please note that uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Packing and dispatch

All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays and campaign periods.
